Self-paced or cohort
The first Level 2 cohort sets the format โ self-paced with live touchpoints, or fully cohort-based. It will be finalized and announced when enrollment opens, to Level 1 graduates first.

Live calls with Sarah
Regular live calls throughout โ for Q&A, group clearing practice, and integration support. The deeper the work, the more important the live container.

Go at your pace
Level 2 requires more integration time than Level 1. There is no rushing this work. The content is yours to move through when you're ready.

Part of what Level 1 teaches is how to trust your own internal guidance system. That trust doesn't stop being useful when the training ends. It applies here too.
There is no required waiting period between Level 1 and Level 2. Integration is strongly recommended โ the work needs time to settle. But the decision of when you're ready is yours, and yours alone.

How long after Level 1 should I wait?
Integration is strongly recommended โ give the Level 1 work time to settle and become embodied before going deeper. Beyond that, only you have access to your own internal guidance system. Trust it to tell you when you're ready.
What if I'm not sure I'm ready?
That uncertainty is worth sitting with. One of the things Level 1 teaches is how to trust your own felt sense. Use it here. If the readiness feels genuine rather than anxious, it probably is. If you're still unsure, reach out and Sarah will talk it through with you.
Do I need to believe in past lives for this to work?
No. The energetic work doesn't require a particular belief framework to be effective. Whether you understand the deeper field as ancestral, past-life, karmic, or simply "older than me" โ the clearing reaches it regardless of the label you use.
Is Level 2 harder than Level 1?
It's deeper, not necessarily harder. The work requires more sensitivity and more stability โ both of which Level 1 builds. Most students find that having the foundation makes the deeper work feel more accessible than they expected.
What does completing Level 2 unlock?
Level 2 graduates gain access to the Manifest Your Highest Timeline workshop โ advanced manifesting from a fully cleared field. They also receive priority registration for the global immersions as they launch.
Is this therapy or a substitute for mental health support?
No. This is an energetic training, not therapy. If you are working with a mental health professional, this work can complement that beautifully โ but it is not a replacement for clinical support.
